As the Founder and CEO of FinTalkr, he brings decades of engineering experience driving innovation at the intersection of finance and technology. In London he lead transformative digital initiatives across major institutions including Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank, RBS, and ABN Amro. More recently, he continued this work at Macquarie Bank focusing on the evolution of financial systems within a rapidly changing digital landscape. In recent years, his focus has shifted toward the immense potential of big data and artificial intelligence in financial services. This vision led to the creation of FinTalkr designed to empower financial professionals with intelligent tools that streamline communication, enhance insight, and unlock real-time value from every conversation.

Craig Apps

Craig Apps is an accomplished Australian technologist with over 30 years of experience in capital markets and financial services technology. A visionary in product development and innovation, Craig co founded Agility Applications in 2007, a specialist provider of application, data exchange, and technology solutions tailored for the financial sector. Under Craig’s leadership, Agility built a cutting edge data hub for the financial services industry, streamlining connectivity between advice licensees, product providers, and technology partners, ultimately supporting over $200 billion in client assets. In 2017, Agility was acquired by ASX listed financial services company HUB24 Limited. Following the acquisition, Craig joined HUB24, where he founded the HUB24 Innovation Lab and later served as Chief Product & Innovation Officer, driving industry leading product strategy and technology initiative.

As the Founding CTO of FinTalkr, Ash brings over 15 years of experience driving technology transformation across the finance and health sectors. With deep expertise spanning software development, data architecture, and artificial intelligence, he plays a pivotal role in shaping FinTalkr’s technical vision and leading its execution. Ash has a proven track record of delivering large-scale digital solutions, successfully leading high performing development teams to achieve outstanding technical outcomes. He is passionate about leveraging cutting edge technology to create real world impact, particularly through digital ‘factory’ transformations that help businesses unlock operational efficiency and strategic value.
