Yes, FinTalkr™ integrates seamlessly with MS Teams. The meetings you nominate are captured and the files are noted.
Yes, you can use FinTalkr™ during in-person meetings through the FinTalkr™ mobile app using the 'one touch meeting start' or on your laptop. You can upload meetings recorded on other devices (e.g. voice memos or dictaphones). Your file notes will generate automatically.
Record your phone calls and simply upload the calls to FinTalkr™, we will create your file notes automatically.
Typically, advisers who use FinTalkr™ save up to 1 day per week in admin time, freeing them up to spend more time with their clients.
Your meetings never expire or get deleted and you can get it as fast as the few minutes it takes to generate your file note on FinTalkr™. Once you download you file note from the secure FinTalkr™ portal, your meeting record can be deleted. You can have a full audit record whenever you need it.
FinTalkr™ generates your file note within a few minutes after the end of the meeting.
FinTalkr™ stores all data in IBM and Microsoft private clouds in Australia. No data leaves Australia at any time, ensuring that Financial Advisers stay compliant with the Australian Privacy Act.

FinTalkr™ does not email file notes as email is not considered a secure form of communication. In fact, 87% of cyber crime originates in email.
Yes, FinTalkr™ allows you to review and edit the File Note. For instance, you may want to add a comment made by the client outside the meeting. Click on the file note section and type away.

Yes, FinTalkr™ has a mobile app that allows advisers to record meetings, view file notes and other key functions. Simply place your device on the table in a meeting and your file notes will be produced automatically. The FinTalkr™ app works even when you are out of mobile range while visiting clients. You can download FinTalkr™ from the App Store and Google Play Store now.
Yes, the full transcript is available and can be searched (e.g. show all the sentences with 'holiday home'). You can also listen to specific sentences by clicking on them in the transcript.
FinTalkr™ only has access to meetings that you allow it to access. You can mark these meetings in the secure FinTalkr™ portal.
No, FinTalkr™ staff do not see or work on your data. Your data is encrypted with a key that is specific to you and our staff do not have access to this key without management approval. You will see that FinTalkr™ file notes are created in a few minutes, faster than any human could work. Staff access to files is granted on a need-to-know basis only for support purposes.
Yes, FinTalkr™ uses an encryption key specific to each user to encrypt your data. Videos, audio, transcript and file notes are encrypted using this key and no one, not even FinTalkr™ staff, can view that data without access to the key, which is stored in an independent Industry vault (the Fort Knox of encryption keys).
Email has many security flaws that make it unsuitable to distribute the confidential information in file notes. The FBI estimates that 87% of cyber crime is initiated in email in their REPORT. If you look at financial institutions, CBA or NAB would never send you a bank statement via email as it is not secure.
Fraser Jack from the Cyber Collective says 'email is one of the top three attack vectors for financial advisers in Australia and the easiest way in for hackers' (i.e. don't rely on systems that use email to distribute file notes). In short, do not send confidential information including file notes via email. You will be hacked, you will not have a defendable position in the courts or with the regulator. If a company says it's okay to send confidential information like file notes in email, do not work with that company.

FinTalkr™ has an AI prompt feature called 'ASK'. You can ask a question like 'Give me a detailed account of the holiday home conversation that will help my paraplanner to create the Advice document'. You can then add the output to the file note with a single click.

Ash is an former Macquarie Bank Director where he headed market risk technology for the bank globally. Ash was also an adviser to the Macquarie Bank CTO.
Doug spent 8 years as the Chief Information Officer of APRA, the financial regulator. Previously, Doug was Division Director of Technology at Macquarie Bank as part of a 25-year career with that organisation.

FinTalkr™ understands key financial advice terms and is continuously being trained. If you notice terms that it doesn't recognise, let us know and we'll add them to the next training run.
FinTalkr™ is trained on and transcribes with Australian spelling. That means your file notes will have colour (not color) and your clients will socialise (not socialize). Which means less corrections for you and more accurate file notes.
No, FinTalkr™ does not need any access to your share drives or Teams folders like some other services. Sharing folders exposes you to cyber risk and also gives the vendor access to more of your data than they need to provide the service (e.g. private meetings and files).
FinTalkr™ will continue to record the meeting and will process the meeting when the internet coverage returns.
FinTalkr™ leverages 6+ forms of AI including proprietary AI, NLP integrated to a business rules engine. FinTalkr™ also leverages LLMs which are quarantined to FinTalkr™ across Microsoft, Google and IBM. FinTalkr™ leverages the best form of AI for a given business task and as new AI emerge, we will continue to incorporate this into FinTalkr™. Importantly, no data ever leaves FinTalkr™ servers and you can elect to delete your data from FinTalkr™ servers as soon as it's generated in the 2 minutes after the end of your meeting.
