FinTalkr integrates seamlessly with Teams and meetings you nominate are captured and file noted.

In person meetings through the FinTalkr mobile app (one touch meeting start), laptop or you can upload meetings recorded on other devices (eg. voice memos or dictaphones). Your file notes will generate automatically.

Typically, Advisers using FinTalkr save 0.5 to 1 day per week in admin time, freeing them up to spend more time with their clients. 

As little as the few minutes it takes to generate your file note on FinTalkr.

Once you download you file note from the secure FinTalkr portal, your meeting record can be deleted. 

FinTalkr generates your file note within a few minutes of the meeting ended.

FinTalkr stores all data in IBM and Microsoft private clouds in Australia. No data leaves Australia at any time, ensuring that Financial Advisers stay compliant with the Australian Privacy Act.

You can download your file note in pdf or word form from the FinTalkr secure portal within a few minutes of your meeting.

FinTalkr does not email file notes as email is not considered a secure form of communication. In fact, 87% of cyber crime originates in email.

FinTalkr supports multiple clients and other professionals in the meeting and the AI works to distinguish who is talking to enhance file note accuracy.

Yes, FinTalkr has a mobile app that allows Advisers to record meetings, view file notes and other key functions. Simply place your mobile on the table in a meeting and your file notes will be produced automatically. FinTalkr mobile even works when you are out of mobile range visiting clients.

FinTalkr only has access to meetings that you permission it to access. You mark these meetings in the secure FinTalkr portal?

 

FinTalkr staff do not see or work on your data. FinTalkr file notes are created in a few minutes, faster than any human could work. Staff access to Adviser files is granted on a need to know basis only for support purposes.

Whilst your data is on FinTalkr it is encrypted using an encryption key specific to each user. Videos, audio, transcript and file notes are encrypted using this key and no one, not even FinTalkr staff, can view that data without access to the key which is stored in an independant Industry vault (the Fort Knox of encrytion keys).

This is industry leading security practice.

 

FinTalkr understands key financial advice terms and is contiuously trained. If you notice terms that it doesnt know, let us know and we add them to the next training run.

FinTalkr is trained on and transcribes with Australian spelling. That means your file notes will have colour (not color) and your clients will socialise (not socialize). Less corrections for you and more accurate file notes.

No, FinTalkr does not need any access to your share drives like some other services. Sharing folders exposes you to cyber risk by joining your network to the vendors network. These approaches hark back to the 1980's and are not suitable or required for the modern internet era.

FinTalkr will continue to record the meeting and will process the meeting when internet coverage returns.
