- Data stored and processed in Australia in IBM and Microsoft data centres. None of your data leaves Australia. This ensures compliance with offshoring aspects of the Australian Privacy Act.
- None of your data is shared with public AI engines (e.g. ChatGPT)
- All artifacts containing audio, transcripts and meeting notes are encrypted using a cryptographic key specific to you. Your key is stored in an industry vault.
- MyTalk staff cannot see your data without specific access on a need to know basis. (e.g. support query)
- MyTalk requires two factor authentication to access an account. No-one can access your account without your username, password and access to your mobile phone at login time.
- You can choose how long your data stays on MyTalkr. Hard delete immediately, delete after 30 days or retain your records on MyTalkr secure servers.
- MyTalkr is so secure that it can be used for industries containing personal identifiable information such as Health, Finance, Education etc.
